Nobody wants to shrink their waist?
Okay, I'm offering a $500 hundred dollar gift card as a prize for the person who loses the most inches on a natural weight loss plan thats proven to work. I need six people and in all of cyberland there are not even six people who are interested in this contest? Come on! Maybe I'll join my own contest and win the most inches and treat myself to the clothes! LOL! That doesn't work because I'm using the program to maintain the weight I'm at and for a healthy alternative to the other crap that's out there. Come on six moms or friends that want some friendly competition? February 1st is the last day to register so round up some friends with a few extra inches to lose and sign up!!! It will be fun!!

Hey-
I read Skinny Bitch when Melissa the Mouth talked about it and all of the arguements convinced me to switch the way I was eating. I.m really not that fond of meat and I had always contemplated being vegetarian, but never had that much conviction, but also don't like pop or coffee. I thought that I would easy slowly into trying the vegan bit of it, but after the first week, I realized that there really weren't that many changes I needed to make to full-fledged do the skinny bitch. I wasn't really interested in losing weight, I'm a size 4 or 6 and that isn't that important, but because of a medication I've got high blood pressure and I get headaches a lot, besides something just needed to change with the way we were eating. We had this habit of just grabbing some kind of food when we were hungry and eating little bits of meals and almost no vegetables. Anyhow, three weeks later (I have been exercising half an hour a day) on the bitch diet I've lost 7 pounds. Without really trying. My blood pressure is now lower than normal, I am not getting as many headaches, I have more energy and I have not gotten sick the way that everyone around me has. I am contributing it to the fact that I"m taking time to eat and that I am filling myself with vegetables instead of cheese. I'm also really enjoying spending the time in the kitchen and planning everything. Yay skinny bitch!
Good for you. I enjoyed the book too but I just took pieces of it to heart. It feels good to shrink your waist and look good. Great work!
